Registration & Enrollment

The Sweetgrass School offers both full- and part-time options. Because we understand the importance of flexibility in child care, we are happy to work with individual families to determine a level of enrollment that will provide the exact level of care desired. We offer tours on a monthly basis. Those can be arranged by emailing Charlotte at [email protected].

An application fee of $100 will be charged upon submission of a New Student Application Form. All tuition rates include morning and afternoon snacks and lunch for all children who are present at scheduled meal times. Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 5% tuition discount on the oldest child, with full-price tuition paid for the youngest children. Tuition will be drafted weekly through TuitionExpress or may be paid online at MyProCare.com. There is a 3% fee for credit card payments.

To apply, please complete the New Student Application form. Once your application is received, you will receive an email with instructions for making the application fee online. Once both the form and fee have been received, your child will be “officially” added to The Sweetgrass School’s enrollment/waitlist!
