Exceptional customer service is a priority at The Sweetgrass School. An important component of the school’s vision is that all staff members establish and maintain an open line of communication with our families. All families will receive a detailed daily report of their child’s activities. In addition, face-to-face contact, phone calls, text messages, emails, social media updates, and parent/teacher conferences are all ways in which The Sweetgrass School routinely communicates with our families.
